General Plumbing Services

Cylinder Installation, Servicing & Repairs
Modern system Boilers and traditional regular style Boilers utilise hot water cylinders for storage.
We install both vented and unvented (unsealed and sealed or gravity fed and pressurised) cylinders. Most installations are undertaken simultaneously a new Boiler’s installed, as they both last around the same amount of time.
Cylinders should be serviced annually to ensure they’re clean, safe and in full working order. We undertake cylinder servicing. We can do this when we service your Boiler.

Cold Water Storage Tanks
Homes with a regular or traditional boiler will have cold water storage tanks in the loft. These tanks keep your Heating and hot water system continually supplied with water.

Powerflushing
Powerflushing is a central heating cleansing method that thoroughly cleans the inside of pipes, valves, and radiators.
A mixture of chemicals and water is pumped continuously throughout the central heating system removing sludge, debris and limescale, which prevents boilers and radiators from functioning at total capacity.
If your radiators have cold spots or only get hot at the middle and top, then you’re due a power flush.

Gas Safety Inspections CP12
If you rent out a property, you’re probably well aware of the CP12 gas safety inspections and certification requirements.
